Taka MIZUKAMI


 Takahiro MIZUKAMI called "TAKA MIZUKAMI"  was born in Japan in 1941.
He obtained the "Diplome' de l'Ecole des Beaux-Arts "Musashino"" in Tokyo.
He lives and works in France since 1980.

Elements for the painting:
The sun - light and shadow;
The ground;
The life and the nature.

Technique for the thick matiere:
Mix media: collage, assemblage;
mabre powder;
pigments.

The work of Taka MIZUKAMI is characterized by harmoniouse, refined and sensitive compositions between the forms, the colors and the "matieres". It is marbre powder, mineral pigments and gold sheets on canvas or on wooden board with wich he makes us to enter into his universe. The universe very marked by the theme of force and lightuess, of masculinity and feminity. All of these are accomplished suggestions and imbrications.
